POSTAGE RATES (UK: 1st Class Post / Foreign: Air Mail)

CDs and single DVDs count as one unit each. Other items vary depending on weight.
UK: £1.50 for the first unit, then 50p for each additional unit.
Europe: £3.50 for the first unit, then £1.00 for each additional unit.
Rest of the World: £4.50 for the first unit, then £1.50 for each additional unit.

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE EU EUROPE:

Overseas orders are sent by small packet Airmail. Import duty may be applicable in your country. Items usualy get to Europe in 3-5 days, the USA in 5-8 days and a little longer for Australia etc.

All CD & DVD prices include 20% VAT which is NOT chargeable on orders sent outside EU Europe (i.e. Norway, USA, Australia, Canada, etc.). Books are zero-rated, so a book costing £8.95 is the same price anywhere in the world.

All DVDs are Multi-Region PAL otherwise unless .

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Solo, Maestro, American Express, Delta & Electron (and PayPal).

Direct PayPal payments can be made to our registered address of mss@organ.co.uk (or select PayPal at Checkout).

We do not accept Discover cards.

Please note that we can only charge your card up to and including the amount you agree to pay at Checkout. We never have access to your card number, so it is impossible for us to charge your card for more.

Any item which is no longer available or deleted, will be credited within 48 hours.

We send over 95% of items out within 24 hours (weekdays) by first class post in the UK.

If any part of you order is out of stock, the available items will be sent and the rest will follow later (no extra postage will be charged).

Any item can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the goods, as long as it 
reaches us in the same condition you received it (i.e. Sealed CDs/DVDs should be returned still sealed).

Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.

If you receive a broken CASE, please let us know and we will send you a replacement. DO NOT RETURN THE WHOLE ITEM.
